OdinPawn at the counter. Blackhawk for the customer. A signed event bus between them — HMAC, nonces, replay rejection. Built inside a working pawnshop in eastern North Carolina.
ODIN is a broader product than a counter system. Here's what sets it apart.
OdinPawn is the system of record. Blackhawk is the public surface: intake, wallet, storefront, offers. A signed event bus keeps them honest — HMAC, nonces, replay rejection, idempotency.
Before either side signs, we run an import dry-run against your PawnMaster, Bravo, Liberty, or books data and hand back a defect list. Cutover comes after — never before.
Customers submit photos, weights, karat tags through Blackhawk. Metadata carries into OdinPawn for staff to verify in person — advisory, never authoritative.
Every PII view logged with employee, IP, UA. Retention jobs, CSP, Sentry, Better Stack. When the examiner shows up you hand them an evidence packet — not three hours of reports.
The full system stays under wraps until our September 26, 2026 public reveal. Want a look inside now? We're running a 5-store beta pilot — owners can claim a spot until it's full.

One price, everything included: $299/month per store — the full product suite, as many users and workstations as your store needs, no add-ons. Built for independent shops — never sold to chains over 10 stores, so the big players can't run it against you. Founding 20 onboard free before our September 26, 2026 public launch — one-time $999 setup after.
Our own shop and ODIN's launch store. Storefront live now; counter goes live July 1, 2026.
