Yes, for independent operators with 10 or fewer stores in the southeast US — just mention it in the form. ODIN is built for independent shops; we don't sell to chains over 10 stores. Otherwise we do everything over Zoom + screen-share.
About 7 hours of your time, spread across the switch: 1 hour for diagnostic review + booking, 4 hours for the actual migration window (your shop is closed during this), and 2 hours for hands-on training. Install + migration is free for our first 20 founding customers (before the September 26, 2026 public launch); a one-time $999 setup & migration fee after that.
