Why no per-user pricing?

Per-user pricing is the single biggest reason indie pawnshops resent legacy systems. A clerk shouldn't cost extra. ODIN is one flat price per store — add as many counter clerks and workstations as your store needs.

What does "all-inclusive" actually include?

The whole product. Every counter workflow, every compliance feature (Form 8300, OFAC, MLA, ATF bound book, LeadsOnline, sales tax), all five AI copilots, the customer storefront + Wallet, books/accounting, owner reporting, and free white-glove migration. No modules to bolt on, no add-on rate sheet.

What does install + migration cost?

For our first 20 founding customers — before the September 26, 2026 public launch — it's free: we import your data from PawnMaster, Bravo, Liberty, or CSV, set up your shop, run 2 hours of Zoom training, and watch your first 10 transactions. After the founding 20, a one-time $999 setup & migration fee. The $299/mo subscription is the same for everyone.

What about AI inference cost?

Two paths, both at the flat $299. (1) ODIN-managed: Anthropic Claude (Haiku-default, Sonnet fallback when confidence is low), cost amortized into the base price. (2) BYO LLM key: paste your own OpenAI or Anthropic key in Settings — your inference, your bill, your privacy posture.

How does pricing scale if I add a second store?

Each store is a flat $299/mo — 5 stores = $1,495/mo. No per-user math, no add-ons. ODIN is built for independent operators up to 10 stores; grow past 10 with us and you're grandfathered.

Do you work with large chains?

No — and that's the point. ODIN is for independent pawnshops, capped at 10 stores per operator. We won't sell it to the national chains, so the software you run can't be turned around to compete with you. Custom state rules and compliance evidence are included for everyone; SOC 2 is on the roadmap for all customers.

What payment processor do I use?

Square (in-store + online via the customer storefront). Square handles all card data; we never touch a PAN. PCI scope = SAQ-A, the cleanest tier.

Is there a setup fee or contract?
